We ended up at Divine Home to purchase our home in Sāo Brás de Alportel. To this day I haven’t regretted it! All communication from the Netherlands was via email and app. The first contact was via Tãnia. This immediately felt good. Quick response to emails/messages and always friendly. The Divine Home website is very clear with clear information. At the viewing we met Joana. She assisted us from start to finish with negotiations with the seller up to the key transfer. Very good up-to-date knowledge about the house, the surrounding area and all additional matters relating to the purchase of the house. The fact that she also speaks Dutch was also very pleasant for us. We are very grateful to Joana and the team for all the help. If we want to move to another house in Portugal in the future, we will definitely contact Joana from Divine Home! Bekker family
